For 30 years, Bob Smith has made a living with clay. His ceramics have been described as “distinctive, stately and dramatic with an oriental touch,” and have been exhibited in galleries across the United States and in collections in Arizona, New York and Colorado. “I make pots to slow down the world,” he says, “and to experience the sensual/tactile quality of wet clay on the wheel.”
